(Discuss:) How comfortable are you asking for help from others?

What kinds of things are we afraid to ask for God’s help?

For our help, Hebrews calls us to stay FOCUSED on (Jesus).

Hebrews 4:12-15 assures us that God (KNOWS) even our hidden heart.

For we don’t have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are. [Hebrews 4:15]

Jesus as the High Priest means He is our (CONNECTION) with God.

Our weakness can be:

(PHYSICAL)
(CONFIDENCE)
(COMPETENCE)

How do your “weaknesses” fit into those categories?

Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need [Heb 4:16]

(DISCUSS:) One of the ways we can “approach boldly” is through prayer. Use the back of your (ONLINE PRAYER CARD) to make your requests known.

Let us go confidently to Jesus in (CONFIDENCE)

and receive (GRACE) & (MERCY).

Area 412 (K-5) emphasizes the Bible as our Story learned through creative expression and memorization. Leader is David Gaddy.
